 Dr. Kathleen Tavarez has been specializing in
orthodontics since 1992. She began her higher education by studying at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated with a Bachelors in Science. She went on to the University of California,
San Francisco (UCSF), where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Finally, Dr. Tavarez graduated the University of Detroit Mercy, where she earned her Specialty Degree and Masters in Orthodontics.
Dr. Tavarez considers it her personal obligation to provide the highest quality orthodontic care to her patients. Memberships in organizations allow Dr.Tavarez to stay on the cutting edge of clinical and technological orthodontic advances.
Dr. Tavarez and her husband, Ray, have two children,
Kaitlin and RJ. When not in the office, she enjoys
spending quality time with her family.
